Butter chicken 2-course meal (2 portions)



  • Appetizer of falafel, hummus and cooked salad
  • Butter chicken
  • Brown rice with cardamom and lime leaf
  • Pan-fried beetroot with sumac and roasted almonds

PREPARATION AT HOME: Preheat the oven to 350F. Reheat the falafel for 15 minutes and enjoy with the hummus, the cooked salad and the zaatar.

In a saucepan, bring enough water to a boil to cover the pouches containing the chicken and rice portions, leave in simmering water for 12-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat, pour the contents of the bag of beets. Stir regularly until the liquid has evaporated. Add sumac and almonds just before serving.
