After a professional pastry training at l’ITHQ
, Marie-Pier occupied a few positions as pastry chef. Her curiosity, her love of food and her passion for teamwork eventually drove her to the ''salty'' side of the kitchen. After 12 years passed in various kitchens, a few appearances on sets as a stylist, and as a contestant on Les Chefs!
and Les Chefs! La revanche
, she consolidates all of her experiences as head chef at Leméac
restaurant for 3 years. Then private chef, and catering chef, in 2018 she begins searching for a new project. It is with a lot of joy that she partners with Philippe Haman
and La Distillerie
to offer comforting and tasty cuisine for cocktail enthusiasts.
